It’s Fitness Monday and I am competing against myself. It’s a fun experience to try to break every record that I set for myself, and while doing this, I am losing weight… Rather I think I am! I might have to invest in a scale, but the truth of the matter is I believe that the scale is my enemy. I don’t care to see the weight scale every day. Rather I would just rather see my stomach and back fat shrink! But as accountability would have it, I probably need to have a scale to keep myself accountable. Bleh!
Trial by Fitness
My weekend was no exercise because I was on the road 90% of it! Yesterday was Father’s Day and my wife and kids got me a sweet Apple Watch Nike Edition! And I wore it while working out on the elliptical this morning. It’s a great tracker!! This morning was hard to get up since I was on the go all day yesterday, we went to pick up my niece from Wisconsin for the week. Got to see my brother and one of my sisters and the back home again! So my fun!

Workout 6-20-2022
- Morning Elliptical
- 30 Minutes
- 2.11 Miles
- Level 7 Fat Burn Level
- 5-minute cooldown.
- 5 Minutes kick bag
It’s not much but it’s a start! I am hoping to hold myself accountable through all of this, but I am okay with you all keeping me accountable! Ask me how it’s going if you see me in person, shoot me a text, and tell me to keep it going! I want to get it all done the right way! It’s time to be back on the health track.
