Updates!

Time it Takes to Read:

Wow! What a whirl wind of a month!  This is a super crazy time and I am. worn. out.

This month has flown by, and I haven’t been able to update like I usually do.  Two birthday’s, several birthday parties, and several other events and meetings that have kept me busy – including the martial arts classes for the Veterans that I serve.  It has been crazy!

My daughter turned 1, my middle son turned 4, and I may have gained a few grey hairs…

Did I mention we went and saw Bill Engval in concert!  That was so awesome!  I didn’t stop laughing the whole time, from the time he came out – to the time he walked off of stage – it was incredibly funny!  So much fun!  If you get the chance to see him make sure you do, so funny, so true, so great!

I have been working on several projects for FreedomSystem.org, and KennyLeeHolmes.com | Conceptual Marketing, and Design.  We are working on a ruck march, Ruck March for the 22, for FSO.  That is coming along, slowly but surely.  We are trying to connect Veteran Service Organizations that are grassroots to a work together, while working on shedding light on Veteran issues!  This will happen!  Let me know if you would like to volunteer or would like to donate to the issue.

I have several clients that I am working with and websites are coming along nicely!  You may have seen my work on my blog from previous today: Do Your Best Always.  And then quite a few other sites – that I am not ready to reveal yet, or at least not in this categories of blogs!

Sarah and I have decided that it would be in my best interest to go ahead and start training for my 2nd Dan in Hapkido; so I will be ramping up my training.  Along with that Sarah and I are really working hard on our fitness and health.  We have been watching our caloric intake and we have been really working hard at night.  We alternate between our elliptical machine and our stationary bike!  Then we do abs.  I have been also working hard at teaching my wife some self-defense, in order to make her more safe out in the world, when she is by herself.  Not that she isn’t already, but if she knows more the safer she is! And I finally got a new bike!!  Sold my other bike to my friend Josh, so we can do some mountain biking together!

Addison hasn’t yet started walking, but she is scaling the couch and the cabinets and chairs.  It will be only a matter of time at this rate.

FreedomSystem.org is getting bigger.

I have enough clients to keep me busy for quite a while.  I can’t wait to get out to take some pictures of Michiana Workboat!

Anyways here are some photos to keep you updated! Until next time:

PEACE!
